- Start their own SEO business. Whether that be from home, or an agency or whatever.
- Improve the efficiency of their existing SEO or web design business and enhance their earnings
- Quit their jobs and get out of the rat race
This is not fluffy nonsense where I talk scribble for each session about Webmaster tools and how to buy links at Blackhat World. This is high end training, for those that are serious and want to make some money.
Be mindful that this training is based upon real world experience that I have learnt over the years of running my own SEO business. I’m not some “fake coach” who downloaded a few Udemy courses and learnt this shit in a weekend.
This is the real deal.

Here’s what we’ll be covering in the training.
Session 1 – Mindset & the telephone run sheet
In our first session I’m going to be talking briefly about the importance of mindset and confidence. Having worked with dozens of people one recurring theme I tend to see (especially with freelancers) is that they often have a lot of trouble shifting their thinking away from building $700 websites or quoting $299 a month for SEO.
Let me tell you right now – you’re not going to build a successful SEO business if you’re fucking around with those sorts of numbers.
But don’t worry, I’m not going to get all Tony Robbins on you, about belief and vision and all that sort of shit, but it’s something we need to clarify before we get started.
Once we’ve covered that briefly, I’ll be showing you how to use what I refer to as the “Telephone run sheet”. Trust me, this thing is going to save your ass from tyre kickers. The type that call up wanting $50 a month SEO. You need to learn how to protect yourself from that crap, and this run sheet will do just that.
I will walk you through –
- How to use the run sheet, step by step
- How to frame and control the initial call. You dont want to be on the phone with someone for an hour only to find out they have no money
- Why its vital to use the run sheet
- What to say, and what NOT to say
- How to prequalify leads and determine as to whether or not you work with them
In other words, I have put together a simple, yet very effective run sheet that you can use whenever you have a new lead call you so that you’re not on the phone stuttering and stammering like a 2 year old.
Session 2 – The sales presentation
If you’ve been fucking around sending PDF proposals to clients via email and hoping that they’ll work with you, then you’ll get huge value out of this session.
Let’s face it, nobody gives a shit about your proposal. Y’know why?
- They don’t get read
- They get deleted, or
- They end up printed out on someones desk under a pile of other proposals
You’re not going to stand out and win projects if you’re doing the same shit as everyone else.
Quit fucking around spending 2 days or more on some shitty proposal that no one cares about.
I’ll show you how to fucking nail every single presentation and have a close rate of virtually 100%
Session 3 – (SECRET)
I don’t want to give too much away here, so all I’ll say is this. This step in the process is where the difference lies between fucking around making $30,000 a year and $300,000. That’s right. Unless you implement this step you may as well forget it.
I’m going to be sharing a strategy with you that will allow you to take a client who thinks they might be spending $1,500 and have them signed up at $8,000-$10,000 right out of the gate.
By the way, don’t bother calling me and asking what this step is, because unless you’re paying me, I’m not going to tell you.
Session 4 – Onpage optimisation
Most people working in the SEO industry don’t give two shits about onpage optimisation and it’s sad.
Let me share something with you.
Onpage optimisation can accellerate the success of your SEO campaign big time because it lays the foundation for you to build on.
And this doesn’t just mean adding in a few fucking meta tags either.
It means you understand the importance of –
- Site management
- Growth and expansion
- Link equity, and most importantly of all
- User experience
Now, unless you have a good understanding of site structuring, information architecture and everything else that makes this part of the process important then you’re fucked. I see so many people that just start blasting links at a site that’s totally broken, then they’ll send some bullshit report telling their clients what wonderful work they’re doing.
I’m going to show you how you can easily map out the most effective site structure and onpage optimisation strategy that is almost certain to get the best results, QUICKLY without any guesswork whatsoever.
PS – We will touch on keywords during this session but I won’t be fucking around showing you how to use software in order to measure ridiculous metrics. Instead, I’m going to be showing a straight forward process that will map out the best keywords, quickly without spending hours mucking around using the Google Keyword Tool.
Infact, I don’t even use that tool, and haven’t in at least 2 years.
Session 5 – Content
For most SEO dickwads working in this industry, when it comes to content they’ll do one of the following –
- Spin bullshit content using some automated plug and play piece of software
- Outsource it to someone that can’t even speak English at $5 an article, OR
- They wont do anything at all because they’re too busy fucking around building shit links or playing Nintendo
Now look, I know better than anyone that content can be a struggle, because let’s face it, business owners are busy – and often you’ll find that you’re working with a client where the content must be fucking accurate. For example –
You’re going to have some pretty uncomfortable calls with clients if you intend on just slapping up bullshit content when you’re dealing with high end clients in sensitive markets.
But relax, I have been through all of this and perfected a process and strategy that absolutely kicks ass – every single time.
This doesn’t involve rewriting content, or flicking it to someone in the Philippines for $3 in an effort to increase profit margins either. This is a strategy that I use with every single client that I have that allows me to generate a months worth of content in 45 minutes.
Yes that’s right – a months worth of content in 45 minutes. Maybe an hour tops.
And best of all, its accurate, and its natural. Its not keyword stuffed bullshit generated by some piece of software.
Trust me, once you see how I do this, you’ll think, “Fuck, why didn’t I think of that?”
Session 6 – Offpage optimisation, reverse engineering
I’m not going to share with you my exact process here but what I will say is this – when it comes to offpage optimisation, you should not be blasting fucking links all over the place willy nilly. If you work with me, and follow my process, you’ll have clients paying you anywhere between $1,500 – $3,000 a month or more – and I can tell you, if you intend on fucking around pushing cheap, worthless link building strategies with clients like this, you wont last long.
Now before I go any further I want to make it absolutely clear that –
- I’m not going to show you some bullshit black hat link building strategy that involves fucking pillows, silos or tiered systems
- I’m not going to spend 2 hours talking about fucking DA and PA bullshit
- I’m definitely not going to be talking about building out some bullshit PBN, and
- I’m not going to tell you to spend money on link building software or utilise some weird link building service called “Links and Dildos” over at Blackhat World
What I do for my clients is strictly fucking white hat.
Yes, that’s right. Its called “Doing fucking outreach and link building properly”
And guess what?
That means doing some fucking work.
If you’re only interested in gaming Google and cheating your way to the first page for your clients, then this training is not for you.

Session 7 – Reporting / Demonstrating ROI
One of the biggest reasons I have been so successful within my own SEO business is simple.
I can accurately demonstrate return on investment.
Read that again.
I can accurately demonstrate return on investment.
There’s absolutely no fucking point in sending a client a “keyword rankings report” because that’s not going to mean anything if they’re not getting customer enquiries or making sales.
What are you going to say on a call? “Oh look Mr Jenson, you’re now first page for Fluffy Bunnies”
Big fucking deal.
Instead, you’ll want to be able to jump on a call and say “RIght, Mr Jesnon, this month you had 35 customer enquiries and that should equate to $95,000”
The problem with this industry is that there are far too many SEO’s (and business owners) obsessing over rankings, rather than focusing on the metrics that matter – fucking revenue.
Once you understand this and you can help your clients understand this, and that SEO is not just about “rankings” the quicker you’ll be making a fortune and literally have clients throwing cash at you.
I always say “It’s pointless being first page in Google if the phones not ringing or you’re not selling shit”
Let me say this, if a client is paying you $2,500 a month, and they’re making $70,000 a month in return – they’re not going anywhere, and they’ll just keep throwing money at you. I can show you how to make this happen.

Session 8 – Campaign management
This shit isn’t sexy, but it’s important.
In this session I’m going to be showing you how to put it all together.
The workflow, invoicing, dealing with clients, getting paid first, managing staff and ensuring that you don’t lose your fucking mind.
Keeping a lid on this shit is crucial, otherwise you’re going to do nothing but put out fires all day long and get nothing done.
But again, don’t stress because I’ve been at this long enough to know that I’ve got a fucking kick ass process in place, and I’ll show you everything you need to know in order to run a tight ship.
Ill be showing you –
- How to prioritise workflow
- How to delegate tasks
- How to find staff
- What to pay your staff
- How to work out your expenses & costs
In other words, everything there is to know about managing workflow right across the board.
Sessions 9 & 10 – Your time
Most of the people that have undertaken this training (if not all) have requested that we keep aside a few hours so that I can help them wherever else they might need help.
To me this makes sense, because –
- During the training you might land a client that you’ll need help or advice with
- You may already have clients and need help right away
- You may want to go back over something
- You may want to ask me about something that perhaps I didn’t cover
The most common reason is that most of my trainees land a client and they fucking panic “John, I need your help!”
Having me around to help guide you with a real life client is a lot different to you just sitting in on Skype calls – so it makes sense to have some time up your sleeve.
But it’s entirely up to you.
By now we should’ve covered just about everything there is to cover in terms of what I need to show you, but having these last few hours up your sleeve to have me around to be able to help you out will be a huge benefit for you.
Of course, some of the sessions may spill over into other sessions – especially if I’m coaching a group of people that want to stop me every few minutes to ask a question.

Can I do longer sessions than 2 hours?
No. 2 hours covering this shit will be enough, trust me. I talk fast and cover a lot of ground in each session, so after two hours you’ll have had enough.
What if I don’t use up all the hours?
It’s up to you to use the time you’ve paid for. I won’t give you a refund for hours not used because you decided not to show up. Don’t worry, we’ll set a schedule for the sessions so that it works for both of us – you aren’t under any obligation to race through all the hours right away.
For clients that have finished the training ahead of using up all 20 hours, we usually use that time up working together on active campaigns. By this I mean, if you get some clients, and you need help, we can jump on a call and I can help guide you through the process.
How long will it take me to get my money back?
I can’t say because that depends on your work ethic. If you already have clients, chances are it might happen immediately. If you have no clients at all, it’s going to take time. However I will say this – you can get your money back with just 1 client if you do as I say. I’ve had some clients make their money back before we even finish the training.
How do I know this is not a scam?

Can I do this training if I know nothing about SEO at all?
No. You might be better off spending your money on something else. Trying to teach someone how to do SEO from absolute scratch is not likely in 20 hours – let alone start and run an SEO business.

Is 20 hours enough time?
Trust me, you will learn more in 20 hours with me than you will anywhere else. As said above, I don’t fuck around. What if I run out of time?
We will work that out when we get there, but it’s not likely. If anything we will move to an “as needed” payment plan so you can just pay hourly as you go. My hourly rate is $250 but if you’ve already paid for this coaching, I will give you a coupon code that you can use.
